The gearbox is a manual construction, with 5 gears adjusted to the engine power and the speeds achieved. The undercarriage is characterized by the wider track of the front wheels, which means increased stability and driving confidence. Another important factor is the - unique in this class - method of mounting the rear shock absorber on the intermediate link, which guarantees to lower the center of gravity and increase the progressivity and smoothness of the suspension work. The shock absorbers equipped with spring tension adjustment also ensure safe driving.

Rims are made of aluminum alloy, and their exciting pattern gives the quad dynamism. The diameter of the rims is 9 "at the rear and 10" at the front. The undeniable advantage is the presence of full lighting with indicators. Handbars to protect the rider's hands remain factory-fitted and handy covers under the footrests, known as nerfbars. The Warrior 250 combines an impressive 130 mm ground clearance with a bench seat at an inconspicuous height of 800 mm (a value achieved thanks to the rear swinger suspension). The vehicle is constructed based on a durable steel frame. There is a single wishbone at the rear and double wishbones at the front work independently.
